Nielsen Expands Social Content Ratings

The Nielsen company is rebranding it's Twitter TV Ratings report after including data from Facebook.

With the possibility of expanding to Instagram and other social media outlets, Nielsen will now issue daily Social Content Ratings reports.

Set to launch later this year, the new ratings will measure online buzz about TV programs and streaming originals.
