Social Media Policy Legal Concerns for Businesses

Northwest Michigan Works! and the Employer Training Council (ETC) held a workshop in Traverse City to help businesses learn about the legal aspects of their social media policies. One of the workshop speakers was Matt Drake, an attorney who is the operations manager and handles social networking at Short's Brewing Company.
