Social media set to have great impact on Uganda's political discourse
A Makerere University Journalism Lecturer, says social media is slowly shaping the political trends in the country. Dr William Tayebwa was speaking at a conference that was held in Kampala to analyse the relationship between the citizens and the state. The conference was attended by civil society activists, government officials, IT experts and media practitioners.
