Rommel Martinez on the power of social marketing to help environmental management
Rommel Martinez of the League of Municipality of The Philippines discusses how a recent workshop on social marketing for effective environmental governance was a success. Martinez said that LMP hopes to do this again with more local partners.
Martinez said the mayors feel like they "will be in a position to really convince our communities to change their behaviors and to naturally take care of the environment."
